The first step in building a custom home comes with the realization that an existing home or builders' standard models will not meet your needs. Then it's time to design your dream home. This involves blending your ideas, sketches and pictures. Together we will develop the plans needed to create your new custom home.
Fairhaven Homes is not the largest homebuilder in the area, so we aim to be the best. We are proud to say we build only a few custom homes each year. This allows Fairhaven Homes to offer a personal attention to detail that would be missing in mass production. Over the years of building custom homes, we have earned a reputation for exquisite design, attention to detail and superior results.
